North Central West Virginia Scale Modelers

We are the North Central West Virginia Scale Modelers. A diverse group of scale model builders from Morgantown, Fairmont, Clarksburg, and the surrounding areas. Our members enjoy building a broad range of subjects from boxed kits to scratch building and everything in between. Thanks to everyone involved and who attended our model shows and contests over the years. We hope everyone enjoyed the atmosphere of model building comradery, friendly competition, and found future projects in our sold out vendor areas. We have received lots of great feedback about the quality of our show and look forward to creating a show that will please everyone in the future. We have made a decision to cancel plans for the MODCON 8 show for 2007. Read about it here.

North Central West Virginia Scale Modelers welcome those who are interested in model building to join us the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at White Hall Book and Craft. The hobby shop is located off I-79, exit 132 at South Fairmont. Follow US Rt. 250 South until you come to the stoplight at the Middletown Mall. Take Rt 73 at that light and follow this for approximately 1/4 mile. White Hall Book and Craft is on the right across from Pickup City and before the Days Inn.
